Maintenance Tips

This restricted water orifice is one the most common reasons why house humidifier is not function.

Some types of house humidifier have fans inside and others called a bypass type, use fan heating system to blow air across the evaporator pad. If we have a bypass type of house humidifier, we have to be sure that the bypass damper is in the open position. This is very important, because when the air conditioning season comes around, the bypass damper is put back in the closed position.

After all these checking things, the house humidifier system still does not maintain the humidity level around 30 percent, we may need to contact the local technician contractor to fix the house humidifier. I live in a high desert valley in Colorado, a beautiful valley but dry and often dusty.  I purchased the AOS 2071 air purifier and humifidier. The air purifier works great and so does the humidifier. Maintenance is minimal, with infrequent filter changes and cleaning of the water tray. The room air feels refreshed, similar to walking out after a rain.

I have been using traditional ultra sonic humidifiers, but I was always not happy with, because of following reasons; it spews out white dusts, it’s difficult to clean  and maintain, and it’s get broken after a few years. With other alternative AOS 2071 air purifier and humidifier, the three problems above has been solved.
